not that i know of just seeing what everyone thinks because jerry said in his show that he was very pleased with the outcome of talks and when asked if anything was given to him he said some things can't be said right now(same drift not exact words)

I guess it's plausible but I wouldn't think so since neither can be referred to as a "gentleman" so neither could be trusted to meet any agreed upon surreptitious arrangements!

I find it very hard to believe there are any deals in place, of any kind, over these staff moves. It's not like the Cowboys could have kept them from getting Ireland or Sparano since they were brought to Miami for promotions. Regardless of rather Bill is actually running the show or not the titles/responsibilites they were given are promotions.

The ones they let Sparano bring over, the defensive coaches and stuff, is just doing good business in the NFL. If teams start refusing to allow anyone to ever interview you'll get less people wanting to come to you and you'll have other clubs blocking your ability to interview their people.

So, no, I doubt there is anything to this other than regular, every year, NFL business.
