If Mark Richt gets fired I'd be interested to see him move up to the pros as an OC. It wouldn't here, but I think he's a fairly good teacher.

Georgia isn't losing today though, they are up 27-7 at halftime vs. Tennessee.

The ticker I saw had the exact opposite score.

this is richts' 10th year, in the previous 9 he has 90 wins, if georgia fires him for one bad year they are morons

Richt is never going to get Georgia to a NC. He's had his chance. You are fricking Georgia and what has he won in 10 years. Go after Harbaugh or Muschamp.

muschamp isn't going anywhere, he gets paid like a head coach and is the coach in waiting at the university of Texas. only a few places are considered top tier dream jobs, for most UT is one of them, Georgia while a top SEC school it isn't in that top tier

How long is he going to wait? What if Mack pulls a JoePa or Bowden? Georgia is an incredible job. It is right there with Tennessee, Florida State, Miami, Nebraska as a great HC gig.

As long as the Big 12 is alive, it will continue to be run by Texas and Oklahoma. Muschamp is smart...he knows it would be better for him to be HC at Texas where they run a monopoly on state recruits vs. going to another SEC school and having to be in a dogfight with Florida, Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, LSU, etc. for all the recruits over there.
