Dude has actually learned to tackle this season & knock the crap out of receivers, made a huge stop in the open field against Richardson with a grown man tackle forcing a fumble to force a punt & then on 4th & goal had solid coverage on the receiver face guarding but not making any contact... Almost got back over on the TD in the 1st quarter with a big hit but the TE managed to get back possession of the ball before it hit the turf.

Plays way wayyyy to deep and always seems to be the guy running up last to make the tackle on the WR who just caught an 18yrd catch.

He plays more like a strong safety than a free safety. I still think we need a free safety that can make a play on the ball. However he laid a vicious hit today and I certainly appreciate his effort on defense.

Well I appreciated the 2 big plays he made in today's game.. I kinda thought they were important.. You don't have to rain on the parade

Let's not get carried away. It was only 2 weeks ago he attempted to "tackle" Michael Turner by running into him with arms folded across his chest. But as i said in the game thread, that tackle on Trent Richardson in the open field is the best play I've seen him make in a Cowboy uniform.

k you pointed out 1 play against a pretty big RB.. Doesn't have to turn into correcting me over a missed tackle against a tough RB & turning his performance today into a negative thread.. Just good to see the guy out there making plays for a change, like crushing Cruz a couple weeks ago forcing an INT

And it was only a week before that he had a big hit on Victor Cruz, causing a Mccray interception.

What's foolish is acting like this is the first physical tackle he's ever made. It's part of his game and shows up from time to time.

Good to see some Sensabaugh love. He stood Richardson right up, held his ground and forced a fumble and 4th down. A great play, period.

I agree. Put him at SS with a true ball hawk, and you would have a really athletic group of safeties. Still give Church time to do some stuff in the box, but Sensi would be an above average SS in coverage.

it was a great hit, but wasn't it him chasing the TE on both TDs?

Yea they really want to piss on your parade. LOL. He had a good game and that tackle on Richardson gave this team a huge SPARK. People here have such a skewed view of things. People think that everyone is Ed Reed in his prime or Darrell Revis.

Maybe if Jenkins comes back they might use him as the ball hawk?

Sensabaugh has had some solid years here. The year he played with the cast was some of the best football from a safety spot I had saw in a WHILE.

so why aren't you coaching the secondary to correct this, instead of just posting it....:D

He made one really good and you are praising him for a play he almost made? Making one play doesn't make up for the almosts and never dids

He played well today.

Am I the only one who notices that he seems like he's running like a hunchback?

I am praising him for the 2 plays he did make that ended drives & on the TD he was playing in his zone & looked like he was helping out on the WR on the left side of the field & the QB fit a throw in above Sims & in front of Spencer & Sensabaugh got back into the play and laid a nice hit on the TE with the ball coming loose just for a sec & the TE regained possession before the ball hit the ground. Mr. Crown Royal give me a break, forget everything I said about the hit in the end zone & appreciate the 2 plays he made in the 4th quarter

You are at the zone sir. It sadly is what it is. A cesspool.

While the key stop on Cleveland RB in open field was huge- Sensi is one guy I think the team could easily upgrade.

He makes very few plays, and I feel doesn't tackle with good technique the majority of the time, or show ANY feel for anticipating passing plays.

Yes, the game is a bit different from decades past, even though it is more of a passing league, but I really do miss Woody. I miss George Teague for that matter. Heck, I miss Roy Williams in his early 2 or 3 seasons.

McCray has surprised me by being ok, and I guess he has upside. Church looked much quicker and more comfortable back there, before his injury, but I'm not sure about paying him that much being relatively unproven and now with a major injury to try and come back from.

Sensi, just doesn't make enough plays in my opinion. Good to see him make some key plays today I guess, but I think the position could be upgraded for sure.
