Cowboys drew up Gerald Sensabaugh's 5-year deal expecting to cut him after 2 seasons. Problem is, there are nothing but ?s at S w/ him gone.

I think about that and all the missed tackles when I hear Sensabaugh's name.

Me too.

Maybe one one my 5-6 least favorite plays of all time.

But I've seen worse than Sensy back there. He is certainly JAG though.

You have to have good safety play in this scheme espcially, so you can be sure they are going to address it.

Then there's also the wildcard that both Church and Johnson will be healthy and productive.
But they will add a vet back there as well as draft a safety, imo.

We need to go after Ed Reed IMO, we don't have anything but question marks at the safety position as of now...drafting another one high doesn't help us..

"Sensy" is Jerry Jones solid. Come on, even he moved past him.

I wouldn't say "solid." He's an average player with above-average coverage skills.

Below average tackler and an easily replaceable player IMO.

Agreed.. He was out there every week no matter what. I have a lot of respect for him but at the same time he wasn't good enough to stop us from trying a young guy there. This means for sure we will draft at least one Safety. It will be interesting to see how that spot ends up.. Could end up being Matt Johnson and Church.. not sure I love that but we shall see.

I'll bet that is exactly what they were thinking!! "We don't wanna use a first on OL or DL, so lets just cut someone from another position, thus creating a need we HAVE to go for instead!!!"
