Why are you pretty certain about either?

I could see them waiting thru camp to give the in-house guys a chance, but ultimately making a move if these guys aren't showing well. Also, June 1 cuts haven't happened yet, could be a player worth adding available.

Nothing wrong with bringing Chubb for medical or even camp just to see. Also, JK Dobbins the same thing.

There will be a little roster churning after / during OTA's and mini camps. And as each of the draft picks sign.
To my count they have 86 signed, so room for 4 more players. Unless they signed more UDFA's the past 2 days that I did not see.
The 9 draft picks do not count yet, until they are signed.

I think they are looking very hard at bringing in a WR2.
Who knows if they have any success doing so.

• TMac was the choice at 12, but he was long gone. Btw, I heard they rated Tmac only slightly ahead of Booker...not sure if true.
• They had some later targets that got picked off before their pick but were not going to reach
• Finally, in the 5th, they liked WR Lambert-Smith but took LB Shemar James instead
