Patriots game is over. You will here about it tonight on the ESPN for Monday Night Football, but they must forget about this game and focus on Minnesota. They will be a confident bunch after their win in Chicago. It is important for the Cowboys to win this game because they have a bye the next week and two losses in a row would not be good at all for this team. Minnesota is big up front offensively and defensively so I a little concerned about Ratliff being able to hold the middle, so this game could be tougher than everyone thinks. But hopefully we come out ready to play and go into the bye week on a positive note.

It is just part of the 24 hour rule. Players get it why can't we. :laugh2:

Every game from now to the end of the season is important for us. Minnie is just the first of the next 10 games.

yea the 24 hour rule does apply. Im sure by tomorrow we will all be talking about Peterson and what a special player he is and talking about putting pressure on Jackson and who will hold Rice and Williamson but let the Pat loss drain before we start getting filled up with the Vikings.

Personally I think it was a good loss (if you can say that) because it allows them to see where they are not.

Its just one loss and given they way the Boys played....I can live with one loss.

I grew up believing there is no such thing as a good loss. There are no moral victories, yesterday the Pats were better than us I hope we get another shot at them. I will say it only counts as 1 loss making us 5-1 and many others would love to be sitting where we are right now.

Alright.

They've had Adrian Peterson return kickoffs.
They throw it deep to Sidney Rice as well, and they'll be thrown on the right sideline (Reeves). Looks like their deep passes are to the sidelines, nothing really deep over the middle.
Their line seems to be powerful, especially Birk and Hutchinson. We'll get to see what good run blocking looks like.

Winfield seems a little too touchy in man coverage.
Their DTs will beat Kosier up all game, if Gurode doesn't help.

That's from watching the beginning of the Packers-Minnesota game before getting bored.

Looking at Minnesota versus Chicago, the passing game was almost non-existant, since Jackson threw for 136 yards, and Williamson had 60 of those for a TD, his first since 2005.

Dallas is averaging 13.6 yards per game more than Minnesota. I doubt Dallas' offense goes conservative against the Vikings.

The Vikings pass defense is ranked last. That ought to help rebuild Romo's confidence. Minnesota's rushing defense is actually pretty good, so I see a lot of Romo-Witten/Owens, and Crayton. I wonder if this is the game we see Stanback.
