Get Rid of David Buehler

Obligatory post win rant...

If you asked me to find another kicker more willing to put a lick on someone and taunt them afterward, I'd be hard pressed to do so. But neither Buehler or Bailey can reliably kick a field goal (until proven otherwise).

I haven't seen a kicker in the league that can't put it deep in the end zone with the new kickoff rules. I bet even Buehler has to be wondering how he is still collecting a paycheck. Is there another team in the league carrying two kickers this year? Don't even say the words Steve Hoffman. This is a problem that's plagued three generations of Cowboys coaches.

are you kidding me, did you see how many kicks were returned for tds in week 1?

yes the Colts are carrying two, maybe others

Bailey just kicked a game tying and game winning fg on the raod, he deserves at least one more chance

Is it possible the problem is the holder? I find it really hard to believe all these guys suck and the common denominator has been McBriar. I have zero idea if this is the case, just reaching for a different answer.

Oh and get rid of Buehler....guy can't even kickoff.

I blame the coaching staff for this garbage on kickoffs.

He can kick a touchback but they are trying to get way to cute and pin them inside the 20.

As do I. Kickers normally score more points over the year than other players, but we can't even get this ONE position figured out. How many kickers did we bring in? And we are still missing 21 yard FGs?

However, I will give him credit for kicking the tying kick and then the winning kick....but I'll tell you straight up that if a toothpick was rammed up my butt during a FG attempt it would break both hips....that's how puckered up I get. :laugh2:
