Get rid of Instant Replay

Every year it seems that the refing gets a worse and worse. I am thinking that this has to due with reliance on instant replay. The refs can just make a call and they know if they mess it up they will be protected by instant replay. Instant replay is making the LAZY.

Getting rid of instant replay of course will cause a lot of problems, but eventually it would force the NFL to start holding the refs accountable as fan outrage would increase exponentially. Instant replay is to much of a crutch.

I have still not see a quality replay of the onsides kick. Biggest moment of the game and fox goes to commercial, buck says it was an illegal touch, quick replay from one angle and over.
