I'm all for Shanahan, he runs a hybrid of the I and the West Coast, pretty lethal with the right weapons and TO thrives in the West Coast passing scheme as would Roy Williams.

This is the best idea I've heard...


Cowboys should demote Wade Phillips to a Defensive Cordinator position and let Shanahan be the offensive cordinator/head coach.... Why? Shanahan would get more out of these players. Also, Shanahan has more success as a head coach than Wade Phillips.

Wade Phillips success comes as a defensive cordinator.
