I won't deny or shy away from it.... I am getting my hopes up..... HIGH! HOPES!

I always do, As long as there is a chance I hold out hope and never give up just the way I am. Not naïve I fully understand that as of now Cowboys have won nothing, they have much work to do to get to where they want to go but I believe in these guys and this team. As for any fears of disappointment? Life is full of disappointment you deal with it

Me too but I do agree with Alexander of the importance of beating a playoff contending team in the Colts. Just the mental state of this team would be a big boost to take on back to back games with contenders and winning. Like you I will take the playoffs anyway we can get it but I think if this team expects to make a serious run this game is big

Going forward I worry more about our defense, I still believe there's work to be done there. Carr hasn't been impressive and we still don't bring enough pressure to get more sacks.

No doubt, defense has issues what I do like about them they don't quit, they continue to play hard and they keep their heads up. Somehow they manage to come up with some big plays late in games that help this team win.

I've said here before that I don't think we've seen the best of this team yet. They seem to have taken it one game at a time this season and have learned if they keep it close they can win late because the Cowboy offense wears down the opposing D. This team doesn't get a lot of flashy wins, more of the understated type; run offenses can be boring for highlight reels.And with this D nothing is certain.

So I think they aren't the type team you can really tell are "hot" until they've reeled off several wins in a row. That's what they need now, they have to win out, which if they are actually a good football team they can do. That means they are already in the playoffs, for all intents and purposes, because they probably can't afford to lose even one more game.

It seems the media is in a tizzy over Murray potentially being out, but I'm not so concerned, I have faith in the O-line, plus Randle and Dunbar. So hopefully they are hot, looks like Dez and Scandrick are keeping them fired up; if they are a good team, they'll do what good teams do and take care of business.
