That wasn't a ghost. It was your weird dreams which is why I'm now getting a restraining order!

I work at a museum, and pretty much all of the night security guards we've had in the past few years swear they've seen ghosts there. Most of the activity, they say, started when the museum brought an old bridge to the property.

I've never seen anything, but these guys swear by it (and this is different people working for different companies at different times).

I know someone else who works at a museum in El Paso, and they have the same problem. Been going on for years. She didn't believe it when she started working there, but does now. They turn the lights off, move stuff around, etc. She'll yell at them to stop and it ceases for awhile, then starts up a couple of days later.

I asked a couple of people about this whom I respect, and they said they don't believe in ghosts, but they believe in evil spirits and that's what causes this havoc.

This is what I've been told.

Is one of the guards named Ben Aflek?

Yes.
Due to my own personal experience I believe ghosts, spirits what ever you want to call them do exist.

The South Park episode of ghost hunters was awesome!

Yeah, but I wish they had done Ghost Adventurers instead since how they portrayed Ghost Hunters was much, much closer to how they act on Ghost Adventurers.

Ghost Hunters is far more subdued, and they at least at times debunk things, or have visits that they flat out say weren't haunted.

On Ghost Adventures, if someone farted, there would be 20 mintues of "Dude!!" "OMG!" followed by an explanation of how at the exact time of the fart they heard a "disembodied voice" which they would play for you and it would sound like...wait for it...wait for it... a fart.

Those ghost hunters who are plumbers on the side are just laughable in so many ways. They want to portray themselves as so smart to the clients and then look at tape, see "highlights" and then debunk them to act professional.

ive been watching those shows too and dont believe anything on the camera but sometimes i want to believe stuff they hear in the white noise.

but truth be told all of it can be faked but they do a good job of being freaked out.

as for me i personally have not had an experience but some people i know who i know arent crazy and who i trust very much say they have, including my girlfriends mom who has a really freaky story and shutters when she tells it.

How come ghosts can't just out themselves and be productive members of society?

Think of the unlimited workforce that is just being wasted because they like to scratch on walls, slam doors and pop up in your mirrors.

Lazy bunch.

Ghosts...? PROFIT! :laugh2:

New Zealand woman sells souls to highest bidder

updated 10:34 p.m. ET, Mon., March. 8, 2010
WELLINGTON, New Zealand - The rare spirits that went under the gavel at a recent online auction in New Zealand weren't aged brandies or hard-to-find liqueurs.

Instead, two glass vials purportedly containing the ghosts of two dead people sold for $2,830 New Zealand dollars ($1,983) at an auction that ended Monday night.

The "ghosts" were put up for bidding by Avie Woodbury from the southern city of Christchurch. She said they were captured in her house and stored in glass vials with stoppers and dipped in holy water, which she says "dulls the spirits' energy."

She said they were the spirits of an old man who lived in the house during the 1920s, and a powerful, disruptive little girl who turned up after a session with a spirit-calling Ouija board. Since an exorcism at the property last July led to their capture, there has been no further spooky activity in the house, she said.

The auction attracted more than 214,000 page views and dozens of questions before the winning bid, Trademe auction site spokesman Paul Ford said Tuesday. The name of the winning bidder was not released.

Woodbury said that once an "exorcist's fee" has been deducted, the proceeds of the spirit sale will go to the animal welfare group the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Face it Ghost are nothing but free loaders living in houses that they are not paying for any longer. Ante up or get out, I refuse to support some free loader not willing to carry their weight. :laugh2:
