Forgot to mention also, Gronk could've risked his ankle for that catch in the end zone. Sounds crazy, but it would be worth it IMO.

Exactly. Now to the upcoming season and we do it all over again, hopefully with championship results. Here's hoping a newer, younger, and playmaking when it matters core of players rise up! Lee, Dez, , (hopefully) Carter, DeMarco, T. Smith... time for some new 'dawgs who aren't afraid of the limelight.

Fumble in the first quarter, recovered by New England. Penalty, 12 men on the field.

HUGE uncalled hold on one play they showed repeatedly where Eli threw over the middle to Nicks. Wilfork is right in Eli's face, and the offensive linemen has his arm around his Wilfork's neck, in a choke hold keeping Eli from being sacked. Instead of a punt, it's a long first down completion.

Later in the game, same thing happens to a NY defender, they call the hold. I figure the non-call on the potential pass interference on third down evens it out.

New England just looked pathetic in the first quarter. Has there ever been a more lopsided TOP in the opening quarter of a Super Bowl???
