Giants - 23 vs Packers - 20 *NFCCG Game Thread*

just popping in for a second, but frankly, I'm pulling for the Giants...what about you guys? I'm sick of hearing about Favre, and while we should have won that game with NY, seeing them get to the SuperBowl actually proves they've been playing much better than most give them credit for and takes the sting out just a little.

I was hoping to see Eli and Rivers in the SB ... that would have been interesting due to the draft situation.

I just can't pull for GB or Favre to get another shot at the SB.

Not me. In the mild weather of Arizona (now that sounds funny) the Giants would definitely get owned. The Pack - at least THEY have a prayer.

I'd like to agree, but which Cowboys team shows up, the one that can thrash the Eagles or eke out a win over the Giants in hostile territory or the one that chokes to NYG and can barely beat the Skins at home?

I would find it funny for just the level of ownage that it would be. to be honest if the Giants win i hope the pats lose in the SB so sadly i would be in a way rooting for the giants in that situation...

we did not eke out a victory at NYG. We won by 11.

They're playing in the cold. That is a huge factor. And we can't play man-to-man like the Giants and Packers.

Correct, we wouldn't play man-to-man. We'd probably give the Packers receivers a five-yard cushion just to prevent them from getting a deep pass.
