Ok. So if the Eagles win today they can make the playoffs if they beat us then?

No. They have to win next week and we have to lose next week plus they have to win today.
 
tell me that a little old five yard penalty doesn't have the ability to affect a game. I hope that the Cowboys are watching... I am sure that some are, for sure.

The Cowboys are the masters of committing dumb defensive penalties on 3rd down. Many times completely away from the ball or insignificant to the flow of the play. I think we had 2 vs the giants and they scored TDs both times.

Giants are dead folks. If the Jets score again, they are screwed.
