The Giants seemed to want to go to it early in the Eagles game, but then got away from it as things spiraled out of control. I had the impression it's something they are going to use to limit the 3rd down "rush" package Lawrence-Hardy-Crawford-Gregory.

It's a no huddle but it's not hurry up. It's purpose is to give Eli more time at the line to read defensive coverage and call out adjustments. Dallas does this sometimes too with Romo in the game.

Hurry offence works when we're short handed and Lawrence is our only DE. But with our full arsenal on the line and McClain back, we have more than enough rotation to keep us fresh

I think it's mainly to keep the same personnel grouping on the defense.

That's what I was alluding to. I haven't seen the Giants do it in the first quarter before either.

As long as our HC knows when to call a TO we should be fine.

There is also the fake injury scam.

Remember when we tried to do the hurry up against New Orleans and it was slow?

We knew it was a weakness for Rob Ryan so we prepared all week to run the slowest hurry up in history. They even made substitutions.

Beckham has another hamstring issue and Cruz is out. I don't think it's in their best interest.
