--Feels good to be 1-0, with a road division win. Over the entitled Giants?? it feels great!!

--Romo flat outplayed Eli. Eli missed a couple key throws and didn't escape pressure the way Tony did. If only one of these guys is elite then the line must be razor thin.

--that cowboys secondary was the difference in this game. both teams had talent in skill positions and the dbs removed much of the giants attack all game while romo had ogletree open all night. the best eli could counter with was martybtv, rofl.

--i really like david wilson. he was crying after his fumble and i even like that. that kid cares and he understands the importance of these games. he'll be better than bradshaw in short order.

--miles needs to continue to make his presence felt but as long as he is moderately healthy being the cowboys wr3 has to be a dream position.

--sean lee is a freaky rainman linebacker, haven't seen his like since singletary. ((i know patrick willis is a beast but i havent watched him play for any real period))

--mo claiborne is gonna be pretty friggin good. he was hard to beat at the line of scrimmage most of the night.

--i have argued you can grab reasonable interior ol off the scrap heap... and dallas has tried really hard to make me look stupid... until this Cook kid. 7th rounder and he steps up big. thanks dude.

--as good as it feels to win in nyc and shut up the giants; we have a lot to work on.

--we can go 12-4 and i'd still fire garrett if he doesnt get our penalties down. organizationally we have to address these pre-snap penalties. that's just insane. tyron smith is far too good a player to get 3 false starts. witten is far too quality to continue to gambling for a quick start. against good teams we'll pay for those mistakes. luckily the giants werent any good last night. they were the 2011 cowboys basically. you can't win with those holes in the secondary.

--i really hope we can keep murray healthy and on the field. that guy makes us a playoff team.

you lost all credibility with the "fire garrett" statement.

easy to say this week but wait untilw e lose games again for penalties.

on defense hatcher gets a penalty and immediately comes out of the game. defense plays clean football.

offense is all garrett and we have a dozen penalties there? that has to stop. there must be a change in how we handle the penalties. garrett needs to look at his "process" for handling them. good teams can not be as stupid as we have been and were again last night.

We made it obscenely difficult on ourselves last night. Obviously, we fought through, which gives you an idea of HOW much we dominated the Giants. But as I mentioned in a thread earlier this year, these are not even subjective penalties, where the refs interpret it one way. Offsides, false starts, delay of game penalties are inexcusable, particularly at the rate we have been getting them over the last couple of years.
