Good low risk, high reward deal......

It's time to stop making threads for every player that hits the market or trade block. The Jones family are on vacation right now.
Matt, maybe you should join them, that way you won't have to get stressed out over certain threads .......LOL
Nobody is "stressed" - we know how FA goes for us and we aren't going to be making trades. And again, it seems pointless to continue posting every player that hits the trade block like we have an actual interest.
I don't even know how this is really relevant to the Cowboys anyways.
I would have done that dealYup, good no deal for us
Yeah, not a fit in Dallas’ defenseAnd it goes to show you Helmen you do not know a thing still.
What does NY signing a LB has to do with making you feel better if we signed him, as Gregory is a DE.

At this point, Houston is the only good option at DE in FA. A healthy Ansah is probably better. But he rarely healthy.I'm not excusing our front office, but I don't really understand fans sometimes. Earl Thomas is one thing. He's a generational talent but he's also older and expensive. That's complicated. But we've been signing guys like Marcus Golden for years and fans weren't happy about those moves. Remember Mincey and Mayowa? They were affordable pass rushers who happened to be our most productive players some years because our talent around them was terrible. Are Marcus Golden and Shaq Barrett closer to a Khalil Mack or a Benson Mayowa? If you want top end talent you need to either get lucky in the draft or go all in via trade or free agency (see the Bears with Mack). We don't really have many options at DE without a 1st round, with Gregory gone forever, and with Golden and Barrett the best FAs available.
