The media acts like the Cowboys were absolutely dominated by the Giants in the first game. The final score, 36-22, was a two touchdown margin. The Cowboys had more yardage than the Giants did. Two red-zone turnovers, were the difference in the game. (as red-zone turnovers often are.)
I heard one guy on ESPN say the Giants were really rolling when they beat the Cowboys. But, the stats say otherwise. Tiki Barber did rush for 114 yards, but Eli sucked. Eli was 12-26 for 173 yards, 2 touchdowns, 1 inteception. If Roy Williams hadn't been tackled by the official, he would have been one reception and 50 yards less than that. I know, you can say, "what-if" from now on, but the media perception that the Cowboys were dominated is false.
The Giants didn't make great plays, the Cowboys made bad plays at bad times. BP was disgusted by how poorly the Cowboys played. They won't play that badly again.
I say 31-17 Cowboys this time around. The Cowboys are simply the better team.
