It was like old school football all over again. Harbaugh relied heavily on a fullback in Baltimore and he has a very good one in Patrick Ricard. Skattebo was running behind him all night long getting big gains.
When was the last time a fullback was relivent for the Cowboys? Daryll Johnson? Ritchie Anderson?
Why can't Hunter Leupke be that guy?

Overshown is not a 3-4 physical LB designed to stop the run.

Barham would have been better off starting in the middle with, Overshown on obvious pass plays.

Harbaugh identified and took advantage of a defensive weakness.

Something our team struggles to recognize and do.

We will continue to struggle all season with physical team, which is what you typically see in the playoffs

It looked effective against Dallas because we suck on defense. I don’t think fullback is a concern though Lupeke should be cut he’s not even used.

He should and the way they talked it up I thought he would be.

Fiametta was pretty good.

Schotty's offense doesn't require a FB. If wants to call a play needing one then Luepke is it.

The problem isn't the Cowboys use or non-use of a FB is the defense and their inability to stop it.
I rewatched the game. You got it, the defense was the problem. I was surprised how the offensive line actually held up but we missed Tyler Smith. With him we would have went for it on 4th down on our first drive.

That wasn’t a fullback. He was an extra pulling G on every play lol
Giants luv them sum jumbo FBs.

I like it.

We had some DT or OT I wanted us to try that with. Don't remember who.

Maybe some downroster guy who ate his way out of being a RB in college or HS.
