I've been looking at the Giants scheduale and it looks really really easy compared to ours. They can easilly win the division if we dont watch out.

This is how it looks:

49ers-
Dolphins-
DAL-
DET-
Min-
CHI-
PHi-
WAS-
BUf-
NE

Note that they play NE last game of the season, that could be a easy one for them since Pats are going to be calling it in and getting ready for the Playoffs.

Or it's possible that NE might be trying for the perfect season as well.

I blame Chad Pennington... not the schedule :bang2: :laugh2:

The Jets could have won that game. It would have set the Giants back a little.

Once teams load up against the run and on Plaxico... the Giants will faulter..... Old man Toomer cant last a whole season....

Not worried abou Gians.... yet....

I agree- The Gmen are the biggest threat to us in the division. If we lose to them in NJ and they win all their games up to that game, we are in second in the divsion. Hard to beleive.

Except for two games, their schedule is identical to our's. We have already beaten our NFC West opponent. They play their's on Sunday.

I think we will be fine.

We have a better record right now. If the Cowboys just shutup and win, then it makes whatever the Giants to irrelevant!

Yup. If we handle our business and not fold like a lawn chair in December, we'll be just fine.

Some of these teams look easy right now but I can't believe they are all going to be cakewalks all season long. Just look what NO did to Seattle Sunday night.

Any team, any day. They still have the NFC east to go through and they have Det ( no pushover), NE and Chi.

I think that if we are going to win the Division, we will have gone a long ways towards doing so before December. We can put away the lawn chairs and the cheap suits.

True-but they've nonetheless played alot better(and with more heart) the last few weeks.

Their secondary is much improved since our last meeting with them-our next meeting at the Meadowlands won't be a cakewalk.

I say they lose 4 out of that stretch.

The NE game is a toss-up depending on who the Pats sit in the last week.

9-7 or 10-6 best case for them.

Everybody always says this and it's actually 4 games. The head to head games are forgotten. We don't play ourselves, and they don't play themselves.

Fair enough. So here are the games that are different:

Dallas: NYG (W), @NYG, STL (W), @CAR
Giants: @DAL (L), DAL, SF, @ATL

Otherwise, the games are all the same, right down to which ones are home and away. The only exception: their game @MIA will be played at a neutral site (London).

Getting the Patriots week 17 is a big advantage, as there's a good chance that one or both of the teams will have nothing to play for at that point. Otherwise, the difference in the schedules basically comes down to the difference between the Panthers and the Falcons. That's not nothing, but certainly not enough to complain about.

See, their schedule is harder than ours. They have to play us again. We don't.

It is quite likely IMO we will see the Giants twice more this season. Once in NY and once in the NFC Championship Game. I hope the second game is in Dallas, but that might be a sure thing only if we win in NY. We'll see.

Why don't we play atlanta?

We finished second in the division last year so this year we play the second place team from the NFC South last year, Carolina.
