But with rehab and all no way is he in football shape when he comes back. He should round into shape in time for the playoffs/off season.

The Giants just can't catch a break. First they couldn't get Collins and now they lose Beatty for probably half the year.

I think they are our primary competitor in the NFC East, but a lot of that has to do with their ability to utilize Cruz and OBJ. This certainly didn't help things.

They probably won't have to deal with Hardy in week 1, but they will likely have to deal with him and a host of other rushers in in the 6th game.

This is a major blow for their season.

Yeah if you are going to lose a starter for the year, NOW is the time for it to happen. At least maybe you can do something (reminded of Lee last year).
