Who do you hope wins today:

Giants Win - Makes the skins 0-3, might finish them for the season, especially since they have a 1st place schedule. Could mean coaching change at end of season if they are under .500 as already a lot dissension on the team.

Skins Win - Brings the Giants back to 2-1 and with a Boys win today has us tied for 1st place. Giants seem to have a pretty good team and a easier schedule.

As much as it kills me, I think I would rather see a Skins win as they have the harder schedule, we have already beat them once and the Giants look to have a better team then the Skins.

If you have to root for a rival, root for the one with the worst record, especially if you have beat them and/or lost to the other team.

In this case, we need the Commanders to win because we are technically two games behind the Giants right now.

You want your team to maintain control of their destiny and right now, we do not have that.

And if we win, and Eagles lose. There is a 3 way tie for first.
We already beat the Skins, so a win here for them doesn't hurt us at all. And we have a loss against the Giants, so we need them to lose a division game.

Yes there could an argument for the giants to win, putting the Skins into a deeper hole, and we do play the giants again later. But I don't buy into that reasoning.
I rather be in a 3 way tie as opposed to chasing a leader.

Not worried about NYG running away with the division after only 3 games.

The Skins will eventually play better than they have started this season, but in addition to our shared opponents they've got the Panthers and Cardinals. They are already toast, wafts of smoke in the rear view mirror. The Giants are the front-runners now so they need to start taking losses.
