Here comes the normal smack talk from the Giants... I like our chances even more now. Also-- if you watch their :30 keys to the game, they say the Giants key is to run the ball, and the Cowboys key is to find a pass rush.

Weird. Would have figured the Dallas key would be run the ball down their throats since we have a great OL and a deep stable of RBs-- but that's just me. Eli gets rid of the ball incredibly fast. Getting sacks isn't the priority with him... Tackling well and eliminating the big play are way more important.

Despite the usual suspects on CZ who tell us that the run game is not important, the keys to winning ANY football game are

1. Pressure and HIT the opposing QB
2. Establish a run game and ram it down the opposition's throat

Yah-- not terrible...but for whatever reason, they love to flap their gums before they play us. I think they are 1-5 over the last 6 games. Would love nothing more than to see whiny Eli face and an OBJ tantrum on Sunday.
They're 0-8 when facing Dallas in the season opener.

This is stunning news, I was sure they were game planning to lose. Go figure.

I'd be more worried about Zeke's debut if I was them

If I'm the Cowboys I make sure I do everything in my control to avoid dak throwing interceptions. Right now he's riding high. He threw a couple errant passes in the preseason that he got away with but a pick6 early in the game and we may start thinking about Sanchez.

These games tend to be close. Lean on the running game and screens and keep him clean as long as the game is within one score for the first three quarters

Yes its always fun to see when dumb face becomes whiny face. OBJ needs to be hit hard early on, that seemed to take care of him last year.

Why does everybody have to respond with these smart *** comments? The OP is sharing information s/he came across and everybody wants to chime in on how it's "captain obvious". I personally like little tidbits and info being posted here so that I don't have to search everywhere for it. We know the Giants want to win, but there's more there than just that. So appreciate the OP's contribution or move on.
