Cole, meet Bland.
Does he think he gets another pension every time he retires?Or someone who has retired multiple times.
True. Was my pet cat back in the day based on his tape. I get the same feeling from Deuce this year. Hope we use him.He gets a lot of grief here for what has come out of his mouth at times. When he was on the field though, he made the Cowboys a better team. Dallas, and particularly Dak, could use a Beasley-in-his-prime type receiver.
Don't need a RB if you can hit those quick hitters ....Odd signing.
He's quit a few times or so I thought. I remember when Danny Coale was the guy we were optimistic about lol. And it ended up being Cole Beasley. It's crazy he's lasted 12 years in the league and I remember when he quit in either mini camp or training camp.
More like Jamison Crowder lol. Beasley might not even be playing for the Giants week 1 lol.Cole, meet Bland.
Lot of dump off or quick hitting YAC passes. Our DBs will have to play tight and jam them at the line of scrimmage.Going to be a lot of 1-step drops passes in that offense, which is a staple of what got Buffalo's offense going.
I don't know how it works without the ability to get the ball downfield though.
Not discounting that Beasley could probably get a few hundred yards (especially since all Giants WRs seem to get injured every year), but the Giants already have: Wandale Robinson, Isaiah Hodgins, Sterling Shepard, and Darius Slayton returning; added Darren Waller, Parris Campbell, and Jamison Crowder as FAs; and drafted Jaylin Hyatt. That's seven WRs and a pass-catching TE, not to mention deep bench guys like Collin Johnson and David Sills and the usual crew of UDFAs trying out for a spot. Where does Beasley fit? Don't the Giants have bigger needs to focus on?Call me crazy, but if Beasley has any game left, he and Jones are a good match.
