Wilson provides them, if nothing else, functional QB play which is a lot more than what they've had recently. With the LSU kid and presumably Travis Hunter, they now have a QB who can deliver the ball to 2 dynamic weapons. Now Im not saying that team overall will be any good. Maybe they win 7 games. The real question is do we think Dallas will be any better than that. Maybe but it's close...
Hunter or Carter and possibly trade for Cousins.......they assured Garrett a more proactive effort to winning.

It's the reality, Dallas is mired in its own mistakes and incompetence. This team can't be fixed in a year or in a draft. It requires at least two years, and they have to select almost perfectly in order to have better players via the draft, since they are in terrible financial trouble. The wisest thing would be to think about the 2026 draft and try to go for the best QB in the first round, trying to get the highest pick possible. In 2027, Dak-ancer can easily be cut after June 1st.
