With the Giants dropping like flies, we still have a shot at the divisional title.

I can say this w/ confidence thanks to Romo.

Love the jump shot in the end zone.

Serves them right.

Yep, nothing sweeter than giving your opponent a taste of their own medicine.

Coughlin's face is hilarious. Really worth seeing it after something bad happens to his team. ;)

Is that the only throw that Grossman can make? I mean, he seems to excel at it, but I haven't seen him do much else.

He does some nice small passes to Desmian Clark, his TE.

Bottomline ... the Cowboys have their destiny in their own hands.

How do you figure?

If the Cowboys win out and the Giants win all but the rematch, the Giants will win the division, I think.

That would make them both 12-4 with the tie breaker going to the team with a better division record and after that most points scored, Dallas has an edge with the points but needs Philly to beat Ny so that Dallas will have an edge.

Then he is correct, we don't control our own destiny yet as far as the division, but we do with the wild card. We are tied with Philly & Atlanta now, and we play both. We could be tied with Carolina, but already have that tiebreaker.

The Giants would still have the better division record, and the Giants would win the division. So, no, the Cowboys don't control their own destiny.

If NY wins all but the Dallas game, they will be 5-1 in the NFCE.

Dallas needs at least one other Giant loss besides the rematch, so they don't control their destiny.

Nobody is going 12-4 in this division. The Giants had a chance at one time, but they're too beat up now. 11-5 probably wins the division, but 10-6 might do it if you have a lot of tiebreakers.

10-6 gets you a wildcard spot in the NFC easily. I wouldn't at all be surprised if a 9-7 team gets in.

I hope we show up against Indy and Jacksonville vents their Houston sweep on the Giants, then after Thanksgiving the division lead will be played in the Meadowlands.

I agree, but there is no way mathematically that Dallas will win a tiebreaker with the Giants, so they are essentially two games behind the Giants at this point.

If you figure Dallas goes 6-1 the rest of the way (optimistic, IMO), then the Giants would have to go 4-3. Assuming one of those losses was the Cowboys game, then the Giants would have to lose two games to the likes of Jacksonville, Tennessee, Carolina, Philadelphia, New Orleans, and Washington.

It could certainly happen, but the odds are a bit long.
