Giants vs Rams

What? Images of Mark Bavaro dragging 49er defenders doesn't inspire you to towering heights? :D

I was actually having terrible flashbacks from the earlier days of watching them and the Cardinals trade field goals. The days before cable sucked for football.

Weirdly enough, Rams look alot like the Cowboys. Play just good enough and then do something to screw it up.

The Giants D haven't done a whole lot to stop them. They're stopping themselves.

Rams O dominating for sure, Giants D lucky not to have more scored on them

It did hit him in the face...I got it on dvr. In slow motion he tagged the guy straight in the face.

I think he did that on purpose. It also bounced off the guys face and then hit the camera the other dude is holding. Can't believe he didn't at least apologize or something.

Yeah it definitely hit him in the face. It looks like he turns at the last minute and only gets hit on the cheek fortunately. With how close Boley was and how hard he threw it, he could have caused the guy some serious damage or even take an eye out (like Stewart Scott). I hate when players do this as a celebration. I remember the Giants (Plaxico?) did this a few years ago throwing the ball at the play clock and Mike Furrey of the Detroit Lions threw the ball at the star in Texas Stadium. In both situations, there were fans sitting above the clock and star and had their aim been off, they could have hit those fans with a hard leather football being thrown hard while the adrenalin was flowing. I hope the guys sues Boley. I already don't like him after the Romo hit last season.

How did Eli win a super bowl? He is awful.

Giants D that year carried the team in the playoffs and SB but Eli get the credit.

These guys need to stop jumping to catch Eli's passes...ridiculous.

Ridiculous touchdown catch.

The Rams have looked awful for the bits and pieces I've seen of them the past two weeks.

Before Miles and Dez, that was something Romo never had. Owens, Williams, Crayton, none of them could make a play on a 50-50 ball and consistently win.

Eli's receivers make crazy catches like that all the time. That one, and the helmet catch, are two of the best catches I've ever seen.

Beneficiary of both?

Eli "Horseshoe" Manning.
