We're just about three months away from the 2012 NFL Draft, which means it's time for the first edition of my "Hot 100." This isn't necessarily how I think the draft will unfold, but rather the 100 best prospects heading into April.

This is only the beginning. Plenty will change after the NFL Scouting Combine and pro days get under way. For now, though, this is how I list the best players in the country.

1. Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford
With a 71.3 completion percentage, 10,043 total yards and 80 touchdown passes, this kid is the complete package.

Looking at his list and seeing Ryan Tannehill at 8? I think he may end up being a good NFL QB but I'm not convinced he is a 1st rd QB

The best thing that Tanni can do is stay just injured enough that teams can't watch him work out. He'll get picked apart and won't stand up. He's no more an NFL QB in my opinion than McGee and I'm still pissed we wasted a draft pick on that guy. Simply put, he doesn't have an NFL arm and isn't accurate enough.

Of course I also think that whoever gets RG3 is going to be kicking themselves for drafting that pre-madonna. But at least I can see him being worthy of a top 15 pick. He just gets a big bump due to the success of of Superman this year in the NFL.

Both Konz and Zeitler available for the Dallas second pick. I like that.

And I like Kuechly, DeCastro, and Ingram at the Dallas first round pick. I'd prefer Coples or Upshaw there, although.
