If you watched him the last two years in Carolina and Indy, it was clear he has declined significantly from his DPOY year of 2019.

How many 33 year old CBs do you see in the league?

All that said, I thought he was just fine as CB2. As CB1... not so much.

Think that what people need to understand, very good #2 corner at this stage, but he isn't an elite #1 one any longer at his age.

Wasn't Gilmore rated in the top 10 CBs last year? I think PFF had him like 5th or 6th.

At his age he's a phenomenal #2 cover to which he was brought in to do.

People want fn all pros at every postion ffs

Gilmore is a good player. Very solid. He’s no longer a number 1. Wasn’t brought here to be. He’s a great number 2.
