Give Carpenter some love!

As much as Carpenter gets maligned for never making a play, he deserves a shout-out for his two fumble recoveries tonight.

You beat me to the punch to post the topic. But I have to say Bobby have been starting to peak lately here in Dallas.

I'm glad he didn't try to be a hero. FALL ON THE BALL.

His hair was dandruff free.

I thought I was the only one who noticed that... he must be hangin' out with Troy Polamalu...

He also made a couple of nice tackles, he played very well in coverage and he got a nice pressure on the Eagles' first possession on an inside blitz that forced an incompletion and help set the tone for the game.

I think he has definitely gotten better and better as the season has gone on. Like RW I think he has had to battle lots of issues with confidence. I am happy to see him start to turn the corner.

I still think he is meant to be a 4-3 OLB.

We'll see what happens next year if he gets beat out by Jason Williams for the ILB spot in the nickel.

I agree, he has been slowly getting better through the year. He was just atrocious at the start of the year.

He had some trouble with Celek in coverage in week 17, but that would probably be true of all 240 lb LBs in the league. You need to get a safety on a guy like Celek who is really just a big WR.
