Give the man his credit...

I’ve been a member of this forum for over 20 years, and I’ll be honest, sometimes it’s hard for me to come here because of all the negativity around Dak, Jerry, etc. The constant Dak hate is really disappointing, and I honestly don’t understand where it comes from.

Dak is one of the main reasons this team even competes for a winning record. Without him, this team is bad. With him, at the very least, we’re average, and right now he’s playing lights out. As always, when he plays well, we won’t hear much from the members with 100K+ posts about how “bad” he is.

Give the man credit, his pass to Flourney in OT is the reason we didn’t walk away with an “L.”

There's a couple of people on this board that will never give Dak his credit, no matter how good he plays. Its the usual low IQ cowards who dont post all week after our wins.

Now we didn't win or lose yesterday but I want you to pay close attention to the usual trolls who normally post all the time. They will post less this week because Dak played well.

Dak is hated on so much it's to the point he's underrated. He's played winning football all season; except late in the Bears game when it was already lost.

If the Cowboys had any semblance of a defense they would be 3-1 right now.

Criticism of Dak is warranted when he plays poorly, but the hate has reached a level where he cannot escape it even when he plays well. Having said all of this, I am worried the Cowboys do not have a long term succession plan in place. Dak is only 32 but injuries are mounting. I don't think Joe Milton is it.

I have zero issue with Dak bashing when its deserved. So far in 2025 its not deserved at all though. Dak has been as good as anyone in the league.

I am not a Dak fan and he earned it imo.

I liked him when they drafted him and I was happy. He had a good rookie year.

I have been around him and he is not the same humble kid they drafted. I am not saying he is a bad guy, but the fame/ money has definitely gone to his head.

He said he didn't play football for the money and then signed a contract that dominates the Cowboys cap dollars. I see this contract as a piece of the pie of reasons the Cowboys won't compete for a SB and I have not been kind to him on here.

With all of the said, he has played very, very well this year. I really believe he has been great. It helps we have a running game again.

Oh they are VERY much cowards. When you have something to constantly say about a player and or team every time those players dont play well or the team lose....


But then you hide from posting all week AFTER certain players play well and AFTER the team win.... you're not only a coward but you're a straight B word. We all know who fits that category on this board.
