Give it time

A positive thread quickly turns into another rant one lol not really surprised.

You could point to half the games we lost last year and say the same thing. We still had a top 5 pick.

I'm a Jason fan, but it's year 6 and so far he's shown that he can't win without Tony. He had a helluva year in 2014, but Tony was also the MVP that year, and we all saw the adjustments at the line.

Our defense played out of its mind in 2014, and it's looking like Tony's incredible season was probably the impetus. Even giving him a pass on 2013, the defense was still the worst in franchise history last year in forcing turnovers. Unless DLaw and Gregory turn into ballets and the offense starts averaging almost 30 pts a game, does anyone except it to be anything special?

At some point the rubber has to hit the road. I like the whole "RKG" concept, but without Tony the offense looks anemic, even with one of the best OLs in football and a legit #1 WR, and the defense is just laughable.

The season isn't over, and I get the feeling if he starts to feel a fire light under his butt then we'll start to see some adjustments.

I hope it works out.

Its been 20 years. How much more time do we need?

That may depend on the time and distance between Jerrah and 'six feet under', but if Stephen has developed any of his father's habits, expect at least another 20 years of mediocrity.
