How about we give someone who has proven he can excel at receiver a chance instead? Maybe give DJ Chark a shot. He's had a couple of down years, but at least showed that he could be a 1,000-yard receiver and isn't very old (26) or worn out (5 years of experience). Could be in the price range of what the Joneses would be willing to spend.

Definitely prefer this option to bringing back Washington. I remember the buzz (height + speed) about this guy coming out of college, but I lost track of him when he went to Jacksonville.
