I know alot of you will say Romo. I think he will be fine. Here are my 3:

1. Doug Free - have not heard much which is usually good. He has been holding his own and must continue to do so against the SD rush.

2. Keith Brooking - ok, coach on field. You took one for Wade and are rallying the troops this week. Show us your version of " Lights Out".

3. Nick Folk - no more excuses. Romo is holding. Missed FG's can be a huge momentum swing. if you are lining up for that game winning 45 yarder, hit it like it's 2007 again.

Besides everyone stepping up in this game the 3 I want to see big games out of

1 Ratliff, I think it is going to be critical to get quick pressure up the middle on Rivers if Ratliff can get in his face we may be able to force some mistakes from Rivers

2 Williams, I think Romo and Williams have been showing big improvements and look for RW to have a big game this weekend

3 Felix Jones, Felix has to step up in this game and show the homerun threat he has before.

1. Bradie James. He has to play well. Gates as well as their backs will be going at him.
2. Andre Gurode. He should be a key cog if we are going to run. He has some pretty average talent lined up across from him.
3. Nick Folk. If he just is perfect on however many FGs he has to kick, it should be a big help.

Of course, I am taking the premier players like Romo, Austin, Ware and Jenkins out of it. I am counting on their usual.

any list without Romo heading the charts is immediately disqualified

3. Special Teams.

How's that?

Agreed, with a little pinch of gameplanning, and halftime adjustment's from the coaching staff.

Felix Jones: We need him to be electric and if he is that means the OL is keeping the DL out of the backfield.

Tony Romo: Obviously if Romo is good we are scoring points.

Demarcus Ware: We need one of those 2 sack, 5 pressure days. If he beats McNeill all day then the SD OL will question its scheme and itself.

1. Spencer - No more brain farts. Beat your one on ones and get some pressure on Rivers

2. Sensabaugh- I don't expect you to shutdown Gates but you need to limit him.

3. Felix - No more dancing around when returning kicks. Find a hole and hit it hard and fast. I get the feeling we are going to be returning a lot of kicks this Sunday. We need good field position to keep up with SD.

1. Refs
2. Blind refs
3. Refs with perfect eyesight who still can't make the right call

Barber - I love you

Romo - I love you too

Scandrick - I see Newman getting injured during the game, Please stop getting beat

100% correct.

Focus.........No stupid penalties negating positive plays.

Passion......Play the game as if it were your last.

Communication......Talk to each other about what's going on,make sure everyone is on the same page.

Craig

Ware - He needs to produce something, especially with McNeil's ankle possibly still gimpy.

Scandrick - Beaten like a drum against the Giants, and I'm really worried about him. He has to get his confidence back and play better.

Romo - I know it's obvious, but he can't turn the ball over. Most likely we're going to have to win a high-scoring game, so he has to play really well. This won't be an '08 Bucs or '09 Commanders kind of win.

Ware gotta get after Rivers.

Newman/Jenkins/Scandrick gotta pick Rivers off.

Austin needs to make big plays in the passing game. Show up for four quarters.
