It’s almost like they didn’t have OTA’s or TC this season. They came out flat as hell and it took half the season to get going

right and I blame Mike McCarthy for all that!!

I mean if you look at the way he calls plays and has game plans ultra conservative plays not to lose until it's too late and then he plays like he has nothing to lose that should be your mantra,

I agree 100% all this experimentation is supposed to be done in training camp and practice and in preseason,

game one you should have a plan to best utilize your entire roster instead he has the old Garrett way he has got that old school coaching way where he thinks his talent could beat the other if they just play normal football heads up man on man you beat your man we can win and then when they all drop and all the backups come in then he realizes they can't win a game unless he gets created and then he gets super creative does some of the craziest things I've ever seen him do when it's too late too little too late Mike you haven't kind of been to me because two years in a row he started this exact same way with his office coordinator philosophy which it's not any of us can go tell the top players on our team to go beat your man let's run the most basic plays ever known to our every single defense looks over and goes I can't believe I'm saying a preseason game plan...

I've been wanting to see some heart, some fight, some toughness from these Cowboys for such a long time. It was refreshing, despite being eliminated from the playoffs. Give me this for two more weeks and let the draft board figure itself out.

IMHO this is such a dated viewpoint. The players make 10x what the coaches make. It is not on the coaches if the players are not ready to go. They are professionals. They make all the money. They are responsible for themselves. Just be ready to go.

This team finally showed some grit.

They've been playing like this for four to five weeks they should have beat the Bengals that was an accidental bad luck to have that ball bounce where it did ,are we be talking about A 5 game win streak and possibly still mathematically in it for a wild card spot , that game, that muffed punt, pretty much took us out , that that was the play the game that basically ruined this gritty month, not game last night was not new they been doing this since I don't know the guy that people pick on here Micha Parsons got back from being injured when bland finally returned ,when we finally were got some dudes that leaders on defense back in the ear of these players and show them that they weren't giving up so everybody else is playing hard as well.

I think a few players will improve but overall the team will likely be the same or worse because they’ll lose some guys and then do literally nothing in FA and hope some rookies fix everything.

Open your eyes and stop being such a blind homer. This team needs an influx of real talent this offseason. Unless the draft gives us three to four immediate impact, high level guys, this team will not threaten the top tier in the NFL.

Add in Linval Joseph, Marshawn Kneeland, and Osa Odighizuwa and the future better include some new contracts being handed out...to include one for
