Give Thanks We Have McBriar and Folk..

Most don't give Special-Teams much thought or credit but if it wasn't for McBriar's monster kick when the Cowboys had their backs against the wall with 4th down and over 30 plus yards to go at our own 15 yard line.

McBriar bails out the Cowboys with a bomb of a kick, which in believe was for 65 yards. That kick with a major flag going against GreenBay probably was what sealed the deal.

Let's not forget about Nick Folk..... The guy is money! If you need three points, just turn to Folk!! Folk's kickoffs were much better this week than in the first two games. He had some good air and depth with his kickoffs.

Not many teams in the NFL can say that they have a ProBowl Kicker and Punter!

That punt by McBriar was his best one since his rookie year. It was an absolute bomb.

While I agree with this, I fell it should be mentioned that McBriar has some serious competition this year when it comes to the pro-bowl. If he wants to go back, he needs to pick it up another notch.

Id rather him just kick extra points all season long..if thats the case,we're scoring touchdowns.and if we're scoring TD's and not field goals,we're WINNING a bunch of games!

i was just listening to Norm talk about McBriar's punt, and i will have to rewatch it again to see if this is right....but Norm said he punted from the goal line, and it was caught at the 20 yard line? that's 80 stinkin yards in the air!

Its been a long time since i've taken a kicker for granted and not even worried about anything 40 or less. His is just money.
