Seriously. Settle down.

While we all loved Canty, you simply don't drop $40MM on a non-impact player who's never been to a Pro Bowl.

Brooking is a leader whom we got on the cheap. No, he's not a long-term answer; he's a stop-gap until we address this need through the draft or with Barbie (*snicker*).

Kitna is light-years better than BJ, and we also got him cheaply. Henry was a declining CB, and we've got two young stud CBs ready to fill his spot anyway.

This team is still poised to win now and will be further built through our gazillion draft picks this year.

Chill out.

I agree guys like Canty come and go, no reason to throw $42 million at him. We gave Romo $60 million and they gave Canty $42, makes you wonder.

Kitna is an upgrade over a bad BJ. (heh)

Brooking is a football player. And by that, I mean, he plays football. So. I guess that's an upgrade over doing nothing. Not sure on how much, though. For sure, we'll draft someone. Hopefully, pretty early on. And that rookie will be better from the start.

And I agree, didn't want to waste that much coin on Canty. Just sucks he goes to NY and makes that DL even better/deeper.

I think letting him walk was the best decision by a mile or 42- 20 million= 22 million sounds about right!

Can I still have a XANAX? Wash down with a few brews and drool myself to sleep.

I think alot here want someone ,(Anyone ) to be picked up just for a change, thinking that is what we have to do to win.

Not the truth.!!!!!

We have the team to win right now on the field, a few good pick ups here and there may help, but without them we can still be a winning team.

There is just a bad taste in our mouths from last years debacle.

If the coaching staff changes it's sophomoric ways and the players get the proverbial http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php...rch=proverbial&fulltext=Search&ns0=1&redirs=0kick in the Butt, we should be fine.

Sometimes too much change isn't so good.

JMO you understand;)
