GM, Coach, and players blame game

All share in losing and in success. GM has to be able to go out and get talent be it draft or FA, They have to manage cap. I agree that Jerry failed in getting players to fill needed areas, HC has to put in a plan to attack the opponent and to have his team prepared and players as well have a major role in this it falls to them to have themselves ready both physically and mentally. GM and HC do not throw ints or fumble the ball, they do not commit penalties. winning or losing is never 1 thing

And there it is….that’s in the running for the biggest problem. It’s at least top three….

They know where the team is lacking on the field, but if they don’t find a bargain…or a rookie..they would rather leave it as a weakness, and thats identified and exploited by the better staffs in the league, which is what you see come playoff time and why those famous “12 win seasons” were so hollow.

I'm not sure they're smart enough to even see a weakness as a weakness.

This is a sincere question...

Other than the fact that the cowboys can't win a playoff game, where exactly do the cowboys suck?

The reality is in the last 10 years we've been to the playoffs 9 times BUT have only won 3 of those games.

Keep in mind, I'm only playing devils advocate trying my best to think like Jerry (which could be dangerous LOL).
