Go Eagles!

It's got to be a weird day at the practice facilities today.

Call me strange, but I want the Giants to win. I want to celebrate it all Monday because the Cowboys clinched it that night, not because the Giants failed four days earlier.

I'd rather relax as a fan knowing that we've secured the East and home-field advantage. At 12-2, we would have already clinched most years, plus it will bring me some satisfaction to see the Giants blow it.

Devil's advocate.

That would mean the Cowboys won't play a meaningful snap of football for a whole month.

That doesn't bother me. We could use the time to work on some things to make the team better. Some players who need to rest and recoup would be better afforded the opportunity. Etc.

How we use these next two games to prepare for the playoffs would still be important.

Perhaps. I just want to take it with the pressure on, not fall into it because a team that beat Dallas twice had an off night.

I was at a Rangers game in the 90s when they lost a game, but very tepidly celebrated a division championship on the field because Seattle had lost, too, that night. Wasn't the same.

You have some logic there. I can't believe we're even worried about the Giants at 12-2.

Don't root for philly, because we will need to beat them next week to clinch everything.

Here's my anti-jinx prediction: eagles fumble and bumble tonight's game away to the giants, who will once again look mediocre enough to have people asking how they keep winning, but they will win. Monday night, Christmas is ruined: lions 26, Cowboys 24. Hungover Cowboys fans wake up on New Years Day praying the team doesn't force them to start drinking early.

I dont care bout em, we dont depend in no one but ourselves, so Im staying rooting for our Boys and couldnt care less for the e-girls.

PS: I hate em.

Go birds. More wins they get the worse their draft pick. And a big Merry Christmas to Chip Kelly. Thanks for gutting and making a total mess in Philly!!!

Their win total is irrelevant to their draft position. They gave up their first rounder. But they have minnesotas. So we need the Vikings to win out

They don't have their pick. They gave the first-rounder away for Wentz. They have Minnesota's because the Vikings were stupid enough to trade it for Sam Bradford.

It would make them draft lower in other rounds, though.

I can't bring myself to do it. And I can't see Wince beating that Giants D. The Giants and Eagles won't give us the satisfaction.

Just win on Monday, Boys!

My thoughts exactly. I want to see the celebration in our stadium with the words NFC East Champs on jumbo jerry
