I know you simply don't do that, but I really think it would be a good strategy at this point, our D is one of the worst Defenses in league history, so if I am beyond the 50 yard line I go for it every single time or even maybe beyond my 35, of course it would be difficult to do it at 4th and 10+ and you have to evaluate the game situation at the time but with how this last two games have gone they have to at least consider it.
Give the opposing offense less chances, at this point the opposing offense starting at their 20 is almost the same thing tas starting anywhere else on the field.

Coy maybe I should be the 1st to agree. A 4th down play can be a big advantage for the entire team. Our offense would be excited and be able to plan on more time consuming runs, which keeps the defense off the field more. If we fail on 4th we give our defense a shorter field thus less time on the field. We all know that our defense did not make 1 stop in 3 of the last 4 quarters. And will we score more? yes we will and Dallas will love watching the Commander defense tire itself to the point of exaustion. I got more but thats a start.

Fake punts. Fake field goals. Onside kicks. Flea Flickers. 12 men on defense. HB passes. Statue of Liberty. You name it-we should try it

Let me tell you...imagine howexcited the offense would be if we did this constantly. And the defense, they like it too.

Q: select the group that would not like us going for it on every 4th down
a. Dallas offense
b. Washington offense
c. Dallas defense
d. Washington defense

I pick.................. b. & d.

And you can say it's 4 down territory beyond the 50, so you can call a run on 3rd and 7 and stuff like that. I like it.

There have definitely been games this year where the probability of converting fourth down was greater than the probability of stopping the opponent from scoring a touchdown, no matter the field position. So it's really not that irrational a proposition.

If it looks as though our defense will be walking the Washington offense into the endzone every drive, I'm all for going for it on every fourth down. Should have a pretty clear indication midway through the second quarter.

Really? This is how low its gotten?

Not the idea, but the fact that we have to seriously consider it.......

If the ball is spotted on their side of the field, we should go for it on every 4th down (granted it isn't something outrageous like 4th and 20).

When you are fielding the worst defense since the game was invented, you have to start considering all options
