Go get Hurst

I heard on the NFL network, from Mayock that he has the same condition as Hank Gathers.
This comparison to Hank Gathera gives me chills.
He should worry about his life not football. It’s better he found out now vs dying on the field.

With lots of picks left, I dont see why Cowboys can't gamble with a 5th or 6th pick provided there are no other highly rated players on the board.

Although, If Hurst doesn't get a NFL job, now other employers could be unwilling to hire him given his heart issues are known to the public. I hope that doesn't end up being the case.

He fits a soon to be need since there’s no way Irving is back next year. He had a first round grade before the heart condition. He has passed medical re-checks. This is the time of the draft you take a risk. Package those two fourths and go get him.
i so so so agree...for some reason i logged off draft so i could not see picks 130-137 being our pick so i dont know if someone got Hurst..i got to log back on....but dang it get Hurst or someone will or did

Raiders stole him in the 5th round after we drafted 2 scrubs in the 4th round.

I don't get it, he's a need player, medically he has been cleared ...

Since when are we opposed to wasting picks ... we wasted a 2nd on Gregory and Smith. Spending a 5th or 6th shouldn't seem a stretch, except RM appears to be opposed to DT that aren't jags...

Awww, another tough day for Rowdy. Have you liked anything this week?

So lets say he collapses in the first game on national tv and dies on the field. And our franchise us the one who pushes his career into the pros.

Id say thats a good pr for jj.

If he is cleared by medical professionals, what would be the problem? If the doctors say he is fine, why doubt them? Would a doctor advise a patient to continue playing if he thought he was at a greater risk of dying than one of his peers?

If he is its ok. Right now i dont know about a definitive clearance. And of course you have to take a good look at the soctor.who cleared him and what interessts were involved.
