It should be fairly obvious by now that Jerry & CO aren't going to hire anyone that could actually build anything successful. They want 'their' guys and I think MM was a hire out of public pressure over Jason Garretts failures as a coach. You'll notice that there isn't any semblance of a WCO or anything from McCarthy's past other than buddy Nolan. Seems like it stopped being about winning about 25 years ago. Once in a blue moon we get a good season. I wanted Urban from the get-go but I could see it wasn't going to happen. Urban would accept nothing less than being excellent, which is something Jones wants the credit for. Never going to work until we hire that Alpha coach again. McCarthy ain't it. Moore is another one of the ol' boys - a Garrett disciple. Basically runs Garrett's O. He'll be the head coach within two years.
