Why does that matter? In September it will be a different team than the one who lost to SF in the playoffs.
So me saying he would be 2nd best opinion on this team when healthy shouldn't matter either then huh!?

Defense locked

Now go get the best available UFA there is .

He’s the ultra talent game breaker we need .
He's almost as done as Zeke and you wanna pay him 20 million a season. SMH, the stupidity on this board is almost as bad as their leader owner.

OBJ is a liability. That knee has blown out twice and I wouldn't want him.

No . He is a cancer in the locker room and not a game changer anymore . We saw him collapse in Cleveland and marginal in LA . Pass

I'll never understand the obsession for this 30 year old with busted ACL's

I doubt the Cowboys will be likely to sign OBJ this year, with other teams being in better position to afford him. We'll likely draft a WR and TE in the upcoming draft. There are many promising TEs that would serve the Cowboys extremely well to pursue this year. We have enough WRs to do well. There are TEs in the upcoming draft to serve us in both their blocking and getting downfield. There's much more than one way to "skin a cat."

What is this obsession people have with OBJ. Dude wants a huge payday. Two ACL surgeries and a broken ankle. Can't stay healthy and has the mentality of a child

He will give you half a season before he's injured or cries and complains about something

This isnt commending what the Jones' did year ( more so understanding), but last year ended up a "lets push our offense to see if it can step up to what we need - improvement by increment as players play yo add responsibility).....unfortunately the only one to actually grow into his potential was CeeDee (and now needs to be paid WR1 money), the rest of them: Gallup, Talbot, Washington, Dak and to a lesser extent Noah failed to improve.
Now we need Plan B, based on what we did do last year......some of the improvement (will still be based on hope of improvement from Gallup, Talbot and Dak).....im sure they'll improve at WR as Dak needs help.
OBJ, DHop and Cooks all provide a distinct improvement over what what we had last year, I suppose it's a matter of waiting for the price to lower, it may be that we dont have a preference or are more inclinded to use Draft Picks or CAP Space......Im sure we get one of them, just hope that decision is made on football grounds and not at the whimp of Jerry/Stephen.
Yep as you say im sure we could upgrade TE (with a view to playing 12 man personnel) even in the 1st Rd to compliment a WR Free Agent signing.
