Come on with this garbage. They're are better players on the board and were reaching. Does this organization have any clue what to do on the second day of the draft.

Seems like each pick is getting more obsolete....

No offense to all the small school players.

Good grief......you folks are hopeless.....

:bang2:

You're telling me this safety we drafted is better than antonio Allen who played in the SEC or Brandon Washington or Sanders who played in the ACC against high level competition. Give me a break. Later rounds you go with big school players.

This kid leads the draft in interceptions with 17.

And was injured all past year I think. I don't have a problem with a safety pick. We need all the help we can get there. But there may have been better value out there. And there def was bestter value for that 4a pick....

And where did the two best players on our entire team play?

Eastern Illinois and Troy, you say?

I also question the pick, but remember, the experts rate players against one set of basic standards. When you run a different secondary like the Tampa 2 or a bizarre defense like the Ryan's, sometimes you throw those ratings out the window because they don't fit what you want.

If you get the player you want and value, what difference does the round make? Why is NE okay taking Tavon freaking Wilson so early with all the higher rated safeties on the board, but Seattle is lampooned for taking Bruce Irvin in round 1 and we suck for taking this kid when he's the guy we wanted in this round?

You're not supposed to question, just :flagwave:
