I've been a long time fan and I just got tickets to see them. Anyone seen them live? How are they? I'm pretty damn excited since I've been such a fan, but have never seen them live before!

Wanted to see them with Rob Zombie at the Big Sandy arena in Oct but just could not swing it. Too many things going on around that time. Grrr

Saw them 6 years ago and they, actually, sounded better live than in studio. They put on a great show. You won't be disappointed. My only issue that day was with the band that opened for them. Wasn't a fan of Nickelback before the show and it was confirmed after the show. For some strange reason, their music has the tendency to raise women's tops though. Gave me something to enjoy during all that clattering on stage.

I wasn't sure who was coming with them, but I just found out. Sevendust and Sidewise. I have no idea who Sidewise is.

You are so lucky to get to see them live. I am a huge fan of early Godsmack, they got me back and forth to college every day when I was in nursing school back in the day. I remember screaming their songs at the top of my lungs on the long car rides home, from their first cd. lol. Although I loved every song on that cd (except Bad Religion, always skipped over that one, lol), and also loved their later ones, to this day Voodoo is still my favorite Godsmack song, personal thing I guess, lol. Hopefully, they will be kind enough to play their bonus track from that album for yall, Sam. Love those ritual drums and lyrical chants. It is one of my favorites, and I'm sure you know it well, too. ;)

(starts at about 6:39, after Voodoo stops)

I saw them with Sevendust and Coal Chamber back in the day before they were famous (they were the opening act). They put on a good show, but I haven't heard any of there new stuff.

Just saw Deftones and Incubus last week. That was a good show.
