GoG offers X-wing, TIE Fighter games as legit downloads for first time

Not sure if there are any other people who ooze with nostalgia when the X-Wing of Tie Fighter PC games are mentioned, but those 2 games were some of my favorite all time growing up. Two of the First PC games I ever owned. An action space simulator (as opposed to say..more of a Rogue Squadon esque pure action game) that still holds up imo, not to mention there are plenty of interesting Star Wars Universe concepts in here, and even Thrawn himself makes an appearance.

Only 10$ Right now on GoG.com, definitely worth the buy so I thought I'd share.

They also released the Original KOTOR, Monkey Island, and a few other popular Lucasarts Titles that were fun/popular.

Loved these games back in the day, loved space Sims in general and these where some of the very best, will be picking these up thanks for the heads up

YESSSS Tie Fighter is incredible. I actually tried installing a DOS program and running it on Windows 7 like 3 years ago. Couldn't get it to work.
