How about the defense that couldn't control a team that is looking forward to drafting the USC QB in the 2024 NFL Draft! They were pitiful, they stunk up the whole state of Arizona with their lousy play. This defense was exposed for the fakes that they really are, every camera shot of Parsons was GOD AWFUL, he had this DEBBIE DOWNER look on his face the whole game because Arizona took him out of the equation and his mates were no where to be found to back up him up.............................

And who holds players accountable? Coaches. It's Mikes job as HC to empower the other coaches to do what they must, bench players or make whatever changes are needed to get the message across to players and hold them accountable. In a better environment it's the GM who starts this by holding the HC responsible while being held responsible to the owner but this element is missing as Jerry is responsible to no one and the lack of accountability trickles down to the players.
