If he is so slow why is he always making inteceptions and returning Kickoffs for touchdowns. He is not a FS, but is a great ST guy from a great ST program. VT boys are great Spteamers

I'd really like Dillard. He seems like he'd fit in on offense, and is the high character type guy that we've been drafting so far. There's still a few WRs available that I like.
