Both teams are used to the cold. The that makes the least mistakes wins.

I am sensing upsets. Seattle is ready and Detroit is better than many realise. Giants defense will try to contain Rodgers in the pocket where he less effective. He likes to run around and wait for broken coverages. If they are successful they will upset GB. I like their defense in this game and the cold should benefit the best D. It will be a great football Sunday no matter what.

I think the Lions win this easier than most people think and GB squeaks out. Would love to watch GB vs ATL

High of 15 low of 8..

Neither team has a running game really...probably slight edge to Green Bay. would of been perfect for Lacy.

Lions / Seattle projected in the mid 30's. Good hitting weather and not too cold to impact the passing game.

Predictions on who we will play?
After watching the giants the last couple of weeks, I'm a little concerned about Paul Perkins. A switch seemed to go on for him and he's been running hard. If they commit to him, could be an issue.

I sure hope you're right
Seattle has been squeaking by all season, barely won in SF, and theyve been in house on the sideline fighting all year. I think they know theyre not a good team or missing key pieces. I cant see Det be 1 and done with Caldwell getting his pat on the back this week. Idk thats what I believe.

And the NY is going to have to score 2 TDs on offense eventually

Hope they beat the hell out of each other. But won't matter because the Lions are coming to town.
I mean, that would be nice, but Detroit is just not a good football team. They're 0-4 against teams that made the playoffs and 1-5 against teams with winning records. Plus, they've lost 3 in a row.

Please stop with this nonsense...seriously.

Anyone discounting the Lions is a fool. Since when in a playoff game does it always go according to plan? There are always an upset at playoff time. Lions have a good chance of beating Seattle who have an anemic offense and a D that is not as strong as it used to be. Arizona went in there and dominated Seattle, and they were not very good this year.

Throw all those Stats out it's playoff time and Detroit will be a handful for Seattle. No one is giving them a chance and this is when they will be most dangerous. Which Seattle offense will show up?

Seattle wins big IMO. Stadium too tough.

Not sure on Gents/GB. Rogers is on fire but there D sucks. The Gents D is pretty darn good, especially the secondary. They shut down the Skins. I think they will Rogers as well, but can they score enough? Love the fact that Obj and company will be freezing!!

Funny when we played them 2 years ago it was like 30 degrees.
They shut down division opponents because it's division opponents. GB put up 20 plus when Rodgers wasn't on a tear.

You score 20 on the Giants you win.

Exactly. I think the Steelers are built to beat the Pats. The Chiefs are a good team except: Alex Smith.

Playoff football is different. Detroit likely won't be able to run...and if they can't, that leaves Stafford...cold, bad fingers and all, trying to beat Seattle in a place where it is difficult to beat them...mid thirties for game time temperature. Tough match up for the Lions. I think New York has a better chance at an upset. The Lions were not able to do much against the Giants, who have a similar defensive passer rating to Seattle. The 49ers had the benefit of divisional familiarity going for them...the Lions won't.

30° is good hitting weather? For me that's like - 10°. I'm not even sure I could sit outside for a game in 30°. Lol

Temperature wise, it wasn't that bad out that day in Green Bay. There was no wind at all. It was 27 degrees at kickoff.

When the Giants played in the championship game in Green Bay in 2007, it was -1, with a wind chill of -23. This game will be cold, but not like that.
