This place is very close to where I live. Maybe a mile to drive it. Nice area. There are a few other hotels near by too. La Quinta right by there, Days Inn, Microtel Hotel.
Stadium is 6 to 7 miles right down the road, very easy to get to.

A nice bar with karaoke if you are into that, near by too. Pool, Darts, Shuffleboard, Dance floor. Used to own it. Well, I'm still involved with it somewhat. Still have a vested interest in it.

It is a nice place. The road to the stadium was just on the other side of the hotel. Only traffic was right at I 30 close to the stadium. Lincoln Square was to the right after crossing I 30. I parked there and strolled into Best Buy to meet my $40 quota for free parking.

I may stay there again this time! The place was quiet, clean, newer, and had breakfast included. All for $39. I was living in Baton Rouge at the time and had driven almost 7 hours to get there.

The road, goes by 3 names. Officially, State 157, but in Euless it's Industrial Blvd, in Arlington it's Collins.
I go a different way though, as it's easier to get to my parking lot as to go straight down past I-30. I can be at the parking lot in 20 minutes or less. After getting past I-30, if you drive right to the stadium parking, you get stopped a lot for people crossing the streets, then having to turn left into the lot.

But yes, if going to Lincoln square it's decent. Though living here, I would still go a back way to it.
I been to Lincoln Square many of times, but for non ball game related stuff.

Just bought my ticket off stub hub. Cannot wait I'm elated and filled with glee. I'll be the guy with the royal blue Cowboys shirt and the sign on his back that says Cowboys fan from Philadlephia.

Here are a few questions I have:
1) what are some dirt cheap motels or hotels near the stadium? I slept in airports and outside in Europe, it can have rats in it for all I care, just really close to the stadium.

2) is it cheaper to rent a car from dfw to the stadium if I'm only staying two days?

3) how many hours or minutes before the game can you take your seat. I would like to watch warm ups?

4) is there a section to get autographs pre-game?

Thank you!!

Just rent a van then and save motel money. Prob safer.

FWIW to anyone, I stayed at the La Quinta is talking about, and for a La Quinta, it wasn't half bad. They even had a bar! That was the only La Quinta I ever saw with one of those, and that includes a La Quinta in Vegas that was just off the strip.

Section 205, and the wildcard game

There is a big difference in the lower and upper parts of those sections. If you are in the upper part under the over-hang I would recommend trying to swap out the tickets. I would prefer to be on the 4th level over being under the overhang on the 2nd level near the end-zone.

I've been there 2 hours before kickoff and there were some players already on the field.

Traffic shouldn't be too bad if you get there 2+ hours early, but after that be prepared for it to bog down. If you can find a place within walking distance (assuming you can walk a couple of miles) it would be better than trying to drudge though the traffic before and after the game.

Yeah I found a hotel that's 1.5 miles away that's exactly what I plan on doing

It is owned by the same guy that owns the Comfort Suites next door. They even share the same parking lot. I'll stay there next time with the bar and all...lol. Though I did find a Buffalo Wild Wings and celebrated with Cowboy fans after the game.

One thing of note since you have reserved seating you won't be allowed to go down between the goalines on the first level. You have to have club tickets to access those areas. Shoot me a pm and I might be able to help you get down to the lower bowl.
